President

Attends and plans officer and general meetings
Leads club members/coordinates events

Vice President
Represents club
Plans events
Attends and plans officer and general meetings
Leads club members/ coordinated events
Fill in for secretary
Ex. Takes notes at meeting, contacts members, flyer making
Activity request form management
Takes pictures of club meeting, officer meetings, activities, etc.
ICC Representative
Represent club at ICC meetings
Communicates ICC meetings to other board members
Makes note of club announcements to share at ICC meetings
Outreach to ICC members
Secretary
Flyer: making
Takes note at officer and general meetings
Includes making an agenda for all meetings
Treasurer
Coordinate and keeps tracks of funds for the club
Fills out/turns in paperwork pertaining to funding
Keeps track of receipts
Outreach Coordinator
Flyer: spreading
Contact guest speakers, staff or faculty, club members, ect
Ex. Booking rooms, display staff confirmation, booking guests
ICC Alternative
Attend ICC meeting if ICC Representative cannot
Communicates ICC meetings to other board members
Makes note of club announcements to share at ICC meetings
Outreach to ICC members
Web Master
Promotes club and activities via social media:
Facebook page
Blog
E-mail list
Keeps an updated e-mail list
